About this notice

When you visit

The website includes account registration and login through Supabase. Payment options are shown at checkout. We do not operate newsletter sign-ups or add advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Images and fonts are served with the site. When you choose Whop, its payment form is loaded from Whop.

Our hosting and access providers may process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website. Hosting or sign-in services may also use their own essential storage. Their processing and retention are governed by their applicable notices and service settings.

Accounts, course progress and purchases

Supabase processes your email and password to create and authenticate your account. Elite Hustle stores your profile name, learning preferences, lesson position, quiz answers, written responses and completion status in its Supabase database. These records let you continue on another device. Do not include sensitive personal information in course responses. Purchase records include the product, order number, payment-provider reference, status, amount, currency and date. Your browser cannot grant itself a purchase. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth, not stored in your course profile.

Payments

For Whop payments, we send an order identifier to Whop to connect the payment with your Elite Hustle account. Whop processes the billing and payment information you enter in its checkout and sends payment-status updates to our server. We do not store your full card number or card security code. We keep the payment reference and status to manage access, refunds and payment enquiries. For crypto payments, we check public blockchain transactions; for bank transfers, we verify receipt before granting access. Whop provides its own privacy information in its checkout.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to send. If you message us on Telegram, we receive the profile information and messages you share there. We use this information to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information. Telegram operates separately from this website; its privacy policy applies when you use its service.

Purpose and legal basis

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, handling an enquiry relies on our legitimate interest in responding to requests, or on taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Providing the account and course you request supports delivery of our service. Technical delivery and security support the legitimate interest in operating a reliable website. This website does not request consent for advertising or analytics because its current implementation includes neither.

Storage and recipients

Account, course-progress and purchase records are stored in our Supabase project in the EU West (Ireland) region. Records remain while your account and learning access are maintained; contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Any records needed for legal obligations may need to be retained. Email enquiries are received through Gmail. Telegram messages are received through Telegram. These communications may be accessible to the recipient and the relevant service provider. Hosting, email and messaging providers process information under their own arrangements and may operate in other countries. Contact us for information about a specific message or deletion request; provider-controlled records are subject to that provider's rules.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information, to object to processing, and to receive a portable copy. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Send requests concerning information you have shared with Elite Hustle to the contact above. Requests about a provider's own records should be directed to that provider.

E-book notes

If you choose account saving, your book notes and saving preference are stored with your Elite Hustle account in Supabase so you can access them on other devices. Other readers cannot access your notes. You can change the preference in Notes settings. Choosing page-only keeps new writing in the current page; previously saved account notes remain until you clear them. Clear my book notes removes your saved writing from the account while keeping your preference. Deleting your account also removes its notes. Existing browser notes can be imported into empty spaces in your account; the original browser copy remains until you clear it or clear site data. Visitors without an account can write on the current page; only their introduction preference is remembered in this browser.

Book series progress and access

When you mark a reading section complete while signed in, we store its volume, section and completion time with your account. We use those records to save your reading progress. The Elite Mindset bundle includes all three books. All three unlock together after payment is confirmed; you do not need to finish one book before opening another. Completion is your confirmation that you have read the section; it is not a test or verification of reading. Notes for each volume are stored separately using your chosen notes setting.
